1. The whole line is with 7 group of machinery. There are 6 groups forming machine and one group of take-up machine. All machinery are used inverter and regulated speed motor to control, so the speed of whole line is stable. Furthermore it can be adjusted the speed at random and trace the speed change of every machine automatically to make all machinery can run at the same time.

2. Take-up part is used Siemens PLC, Servo, and man-machine control that is for speed and traversing to make the traversing more aesthetic and smooth.

3. It can be monitored directly and then we can know working situation better then convenient to maintain.

4. The whole line is used one group of take-up machine and six group of forming machinery. In which every group forming machine is with 4pcs forming wheels. Total is 24pcs forming wheels that are processed by import optical profile grinding machine.

5. Production capacity: such as 5# copper wire,then it can get 250KG/H

6. Performance: The machine is with high stable. After adjusting the forming wheel, precision can be controlled in 0.03mm and get the performance need of Y type stamping machine absolutely.

7.. Type exchange: our machine forming is suitable for 3#,4#,5#.and method of their exchange changes corresponding forming wheel. It needs about 10 hours for one time. And we advice special machine is for special using.
